We were unsure if we even needed an agent when planning a Disney vacation, and we are sure glad we decided to use Dapper Travels. Mike was an excellent agent. He had everything scheduled for our entire family, including lunch reservations,  and all we had to do was show up and have the fun. He even gave us tips to make the busiest time of the year more manageable. He walked us through how to use Disney’s app, how to save some money but still see the attractions we wanted, and even where to grab some coffee in the park. Michael presented a nice variety of tour options to complement our European cruise and the time we spent in the UK. He worked with us to select and schedule both private and small group tour excursions to meet our schedule and interest. They were a great introduction to the history and fun of London and the surrounding countryside. The selection of the Clermont Hotel was perfect for easy access to the Victoria station and cabbie stands for quick transportation. What fun it was to hear the stories of the cabbies as they showed us the sites and gave their take on the city. Michael with his team of travel professionals were easy to contact and quick to respond to any of our questions as well as provide assistance with arranging last minute transportation needs.
